PayRPh is an invoicing application designed for pharmacists to manage their professional services, including tracking hours, services performed, employer and location information, and generating invoices.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process your information when you use the PayRPh application (the “Service”).
By using PayRPh, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy describes, in a general and non-exhaustive manner, how information may be collected, handled, processed, stored, referenced, and otherwise utilized in connection with the use of the PayRPh application (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service in any capacity, you acknowledge that information may be processed in accordance with the terms described herein, whether explicitly detailed or implicitly required for operation.
In the course of providing the Service, certain categories of information may be entered, generated, or otherwise made available within the application environment. This may include, but is not limited to, identifying and business-related information such as names, email addresses, business names, and HST numbers, as well as operational and professional inputs including employer details, location-specific data, compensation structures, reimbursement values, default working hours, and similar entries. While authentication mechanisms may exist within the Service, any login credentials are encrypted and are not collected, accessed, or readable by PayRPh in their original form.
Additionally, information relating to invoice generation and management is inherently processed by the system. Such information may include worked hours, services performed, calculated earnings, tax amounts (including HST as determined by user-provided location inputs), total invoice values, and associated invoice metadata. These records may persist within the system for retrieval, modification, download, or transmission at the user’s discretion. Where the Service facilitates the sending of invoices via email, user-provided recipient email addresses are processed for the purpose of transmission; such inputs are entered on a one-time basis per instance, though technical logging or temporary storage may still occur.
The Service may also automatically process certain technical or usage-related information, including but not limited to device identifiers, IP addresses, system configurations, and interaction data, which may be utilized for maintaining functionality, diagnosing issues, improving performance, or supporting internal analysis. Such processing may occur continuously, intermittently, or conditionally based on system behavior.
Notwithstanding any specific examples provided, PayRPh reserves the right to access, aggregate, analyze, modify, adapt, or otherwise use any information made available through the Service, at any time and for any purpose, including but not limited to internal operations, service improvement, research, analytics, marketing, or broader business activities. This may include combining datasets, deriving insights, or making information available to third parties, affiliates, partners, or service providers in ways that are not necessarily limited to the original context in which the data was provided. Such use may occur without additional notice, restriction, or obligation, except where explicitly required by applicable law.
Information may be retained for an undefined duration, including beyond the period of active use of the Service, in order to support operational continuity, compliance considerations, dispute resolution, or other legitimate interests. Deletion, modification, or restriction of such data may not be guaranteed and may be subject to technical, legal, or administrative limitations.
While reasonable safeguards may be implemented to protect information within the Service, no guarantee is made that such measures will be sufficient to prevent all unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. Users assume any inherent risks associated with transmitting or storing information through digital systems.
From time to time, elements of the Service may rely on or integrate with third-party systems or providers, which may independently process information as required for their functions. PayRPh does not control and is not responsible for the practices of such third parties beyond what is contractually or operationally necessary.
This Privacy Policy may be revised, updated, or otherwise modified at any time, with or without prior notice, and continued use of the Service following any such changes constitutes acceptance of those modifications, regardless of whether they have been reviewed.
By using PayRPh, you acknowledge and accept that information provided to or generated within the Service may be handled in a broad and flexible manner consistent with the foregoing.
